This version of PyroSim is designed for FDS version 6.7.4. It uses version 1.8.0_172 of the Java VM.

Changes since PyroSim 2020.1.0324:

  • Updated FDS to version 6.7.4 (from 6.7.3).
  • Added RAMP_T_B and RAMP_T_I to SURF to specify a time dependent back wall and inner wall temperature.
  • Added an option to move geometry to origin during import.
  • Improved performance when choosing very large background images.
  • Changed default tool from the Orbit tool to the Select tool.
  • Updated the way PyroSim handles duplicate object names to append a dash then a number (instead of only a number).
  • Added a “Skip Update” button to the Check For Updates dialog to skip the current update and resume checking for updates once the next one is released.
  • When generating the CHID used for FDS input folder/file naming, PyroSim will now use a numeric CHID in cases where a PSM filename based CHID would require code page support beyond US-ASCII and prevent FDS from running.
  • Fixed a bug importing some FBX files where geometry might be in the wrong location.
  • Added new web site for support content.
  • Reorganized the Help menu to reflect conversion of docs from bundled PDFs to online resources.

Changes to Results:
