Early access for Ventus, built with CONTAM

Ventus uses CONTAM from NIST to provide pressurization simulation for smoke control analysis in a 3D interface. In anticipation of a late 2023 official release, we are planning a Ventus release preview in June to collect feedback and improve the user experience. Anyone interested in providing help with development should visit the product page and request early access.

This new software allows users to simulate connected pressure zones and leakage for stairwells, atrium spaces, and underground buildings using CONTAM with the ability to import CAD or floor plans to create a 3D model. Users can model air-handling systems in multiple ambient condition scenarios.
